I have been reading the recent entries about Obama about how the liberals are supposed to get his back and how it is of utmost (and only) importance to win back the White House etc. etc. And I think I might agree with one of them (the winning part) 100%. One think, though, stands out to me is the gradual thinning of line of difference between HRC and BHO.

I think I just need to ask a simple question to all Obama supporters: Where does Barack Obama stand now as opposed to where he stood five years back when the Iraq war started?

Here are some questions I have and I wish someone knowledgeable with Obama positions would answer me:

I will not take much of your time. So far, I have written only diary and it was about two years back so I have no illusion what the status of this diary would be. Most likely it will vanish after 10 mintues, tops. But what I am feeling right now (with about 5 beers and half a bottle of whiskey in my bloodsream) is important enough for me to open my laptop at this wee-hour and deliver this message to you. I may be completely wrong in what my feelings are telling me right now and I would be the happiest if I am proven wrong.

I wholeheartedly support Israel in its current war with Hezbollah. Mind you, I did not and do not support Iraq war in any shape, form or currency. Nor I lag behind any liberal in my utter contempt and fear of this monstrosity called Bush administration but in this particular instance I support Israel. I support Israel because in this case, Israel's very existence is at stake and the provocation came directly from Hezbollah who crossed the internation border to capture and kill Israeli soldiers.
